Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

This is the role for an engineer who wants the whole surface and the authority that comes with it. You will architect, build, and ship, and the standard you set becomes the standard.

Small pods, senior people, and a domain with genuinely interesting problems: geospatial data, imagery, document extraction, and pricing models running in production.

• Lead across the stack. Architect, build, and ship high quality code, and define what good looks like here.
• Design solutions that hold. Work with product on the complicated problems and choose the approach that ages well.
• Own resolution. Triage, prioritize, and fix issues at the system level rather than patching symptoms.
• Push the system forward. Find the performance and reliability work nobody assigned and do it.
• Argue for the user. Build with a real understanding of what the person on the other end is trying to get done.
• Raise the people around you. Coach, review generously, and make the team better than you found it.

• Five or more years in full stack development, with complex features you owned end to end
• A CS or EE degree
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and React; Node, Express, and REST APIs; relational databases, Git, and AWS
• Fluency with modern AI development tools
• A track record of mentoring, and communication strong enough to carry a room
• DevOps experience preferred
• Happy working in person or hybrid from the Austin office
